Hark
An AI agent platform for small businesses. Hark answers customer enquiries on WhatsApp using only what the business has told it, and routes anything sensitive to a person before a word gets sent.
A wrong answer is worse than no answer.
Most of the engineering goes into the cases where the software should stop.
It only knows what you told it
No invented prices, no guessed policies. If it hasn't been given the answer, it says so and asks a person.
Sensitive things stop
Money, complaints and anything medical are held for review before sending — enforced in code, not by asking the model nicely.
Your data stays yours
Each business is isolated at the database level, hosted in Mumbai. That's an architecture, not a promise in a policy document.

You deal with the person who builds the thing. That's the whole company.
Computer science engineer specialising in AI and machine learning. Founded Mavio Tech to build Hark after watching small clinics and academies lose real business to enquiries nobody got to in time. Writes the code, runs the deployments, and takes the support call afterwards. Active across Bengaluru's technology community — most recently volunteering at the All India Oracle Users Group's Multicloud AIWorld 2026 — and a regular at events on AI, cloud architecture and enterprise systems.
Director of Mavio Tech since its incorporation in July 2026. Studying pharmaceutical engineering at IIT (BHU) Varanasi on the dual BTech + MTech programme, with a focus on drug discovery and healthcare innovation — the domain much of Hark's early work sits in.
